The gears that enable the synchronized rotation of the rotors and the associated bearings are lubricated with oil and are enclosed in a compartment separated from the rotating chamber of the rotors by gaskets and seals. Maintenance is kept to a minimum and performance lasts a long time, thanks to the absence of friction between the moving rotors.
The claw pumps PA 155 and PA 315 are equipped as standard with:
- Adjustable suction cup
- Exhaust muffler
- Vacuum control valve (150÷500 mbar Abs.) (PA 155)
- Vacuum control valve (200÷500 mbar Abs.) (PA 315)
- Anti-vibration
Main application areas: woodworking, plastic thermoforming, pasta mills, packaging, water aeration, vacuum for the chemical-pharmaceutical industry, medical vacuum for dental and surgical operations, printing, CNC, ground aeration, vacuum pneumatic transport
