DVP Rotary vane vacuum pumps / compressors
Dovac supplies oil-lubricated and dry-running vacuum pumps. Oil-lubricated pumps are used when the suction stream may contain moisture or when better pressure is required. They can operate continuously, within certain pressure ranges or be connected to containers to be evacuated whose volume is proportional to the pumping capacity. Lubrication allows water vapor to be drawn in; to prevent this from condensing, gas ballast is delivered into the lubricated vane vacuum pumps, a device that introduces air into the compression stage and changes the saturation pressure of the steam, thus preventing condensation. In the WR version pumps, this device has been improved and strengthened.

Dry vacuum pumps consist of a cylindrical body into which a rotor with grooved blades is inserted and rotated in an eccentric position. During rotation, the centrifugal force pushes them into contact with the pump body, creating enclosed spaces that gradually increase the volume by drawing air from the container to be evacuated and expelling it from the loading channel. The dry pumps, in continuous operation, can operate at both atmospheric pressure and maximum vacuum. On the contrary, they cannot be used, except with special filters, when the air sucked in is moist or contains traces of oil or other liquids.
All models can also be used as a compressor.
