All of our pumps are low maintenance. This applies to both our own brand and DVP pumps. Nevertheless, an unexpected calamity may occur. Even then, we are at your service. For example, we may perform periodic maintenance or repairs. We do not look at the age or brand of the pump. But do ensure that after installation and extensive testing, it will be returned to you as new, and then also with a 12-month warranty.

For all your technical maintenance needs, we offer several options on-site. Some common options are:

• Preventive maintenance: perform regular maintenance before problems occur. This can help identify and prevent potential failures.
• Overhaul: Work is performed by us and selected partners with proven expertise
• Parts: Supply of parts, filters or vacuum pump oil for Busch, Rietschle, Becker, Leybold, Sterling-Sihi, Gardner Denver, Pfeiffer, Atlas Copco, Edwards, among others, is no problem for us
• Advice: Expert advice for all your vacuum and blower applications. Do you have a problem with a vacuum system or could use help selecting the right vacuum pump or blower? We like to think with you
• Process Analysis: When processes are misaligned, it often results in poor performance or even vacuum pump failure. To prevent this, we can use a process checklist to analyze the problem and advise you on a possible solution. Completing the process checklist can be done within your own organization, by your maintenance partner, consultant, or by us. For the analysis, send the completed checklist to us and you will receive targeted advice with a quote if desired
• Engineering: Engineering of your vacuum system is not a problem for us. We coordinate the design of the installation in close consultation with you. This may involve preparing a P and ID, composition drawing and functional description of your system.
